Coal Delivery Information
Coal Deliveries will be delivered to your delivery address within 7 days unless stated otherwise. Delivery can take place anytime between 7am-9pm.
Please provide us with your daytime telephone number so we can contact you in advance if needed about your delivery.

Oil Deliveries will be delivered to your delivery address within 3-5 days. Delivery can take place anytime between 7am-9pm.
Where the company’s product is delivered in bulk through hose, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place where such product passes from the tank wagons hose of the Company attached thereto. In all cases delivery shall be deemed to take place on transfer of such product to the buyer or his agent. All orders are accepted subject to availability of the Company’s product and no liability is accepted by the Company for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by delay in delivery, howsoever arising. Any date or dates for delivery constitute only a statement of expectation and shall not be binding. The buyer shall take delivery at any time when its premises are open for business.
The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (except for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the company) caused by or by arising out of or in connection with the use or handling of the company’s product after the risk therein has passed to the buyer and the buyer shall fully indemnify the company against all claims which may be made against the company for such loss or damage against all costs and expenses incurred by the company in connection therewith including the costs and expenses investigating any such claims.
For Northern Ireland Delivery it will cost £4.45 per parcel.
For ROI delivery £7.45 per parcel.
Retail Shop Deliveries will be delivered to your delivery address within 3-4 days depending the courier’s circumstances. Delivery times may vary depending on courier.
We are happy to offer a refund on any item fit for resale with proof of purchase withing 23 days. If you do not have proof of purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange at our discretion providing the item is in a saleable condition. If the item is faulty or damaged we will offer an exchange or refund with proof of purchase.
If for any reason the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your delivery will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements at your expense.
